My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were modern with super comfortable mattresses, but unfortunately, the so-called Mountain Views fell short of expectations. The service was friendly overall, but they didn't manage to fulfill my special request. The location was convenient with easy access to Asheville attractions, yet the crowded area with lots of gym equipment made it a bit noisy. The dining experience offered many selections but lacked some meat options. In terms of value for money, it was decent, though not ideal due to the unmet expectations.
